We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Infographic/UIUX Designer with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. Mandatory Skills:
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as an Infographic/UIUX Designer or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop software.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the financial services or investment industry.
Knowledge of organizational development and project management.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives.
Understand End User Computing (EUC) changes and ensure these changes are effectively communicated and adopted by end users, minimizing operational disruptions.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
Create infographics and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Develop training materials to support change initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and make necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
Identify and address potential risks and resistance to change.
