Mobile Security Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop internal applications to automate repetitive tasks, analyse operational logs, and enhance system monitoring.

• Improve security solutions through automation, increasing system resilience and team efficiency.

• Build user-friendly mobile applications to assess and manage the bank's security tools effectively.

• Oversee and support the change management process for solution implementations.

• Collaborate with application development teams to integrate security solutions seamlessly into mobile applications.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in mobile security and mobile application development.

• Hands-on experience across the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system analysis, design, development, testing, CI/CD deployment, and production support.

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading).

• Technical & Functional Competencies

• Solid understanding of information security principles and secure coding practices.

• Strong knowledge of mobile application design and development.

• Familiarity with operating systems, networking, and internet technologies.

• Proficiency in programming languages: Java, Swift, Python, JavaScript.

• Experience with mobile development tools and IDEs (Xcode, Android Studio).

• Web services and API development expertise.

• Working knowledge of Linux and shell scripting.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
