Management Associate - Entry Level [JAG-003-07]

Working Location: Labrador Park

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Participate in hands-on job rotational training under the guidance of skilled professionals
• Understand each department’s (e.g., HR, Operations, Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals
• Provide administrative support to managers and teams
• Participate in company’s strategic planning
• Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g., writing reports, analyzing data)
• Keep track of business revenue
• Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute ideas for process improvement and innovation
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to training activities, projects, and other responsibilities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make informed decisions
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills, with a proactive and positive attitude
