Marketing Assistant/Manager

This will be a 6-months renewable contract based in One North

Responsibilities:

• Work on website content, emailers, feature stories, decks, digital and printed marketing collaterals.
• Combine copywriting and design to meet communication goals.
• Ensure consistency in visual identity and language.
• Collaborate across different functions to understand their goals and deliver marcomm support.
• Increase engagement and touchpoints by identifying opportunities
• Help to plan and coordinate events.
• Work with suppliers/vendors
• Support administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimally a Diploma in business, marketing, or a similar relevant field (communications, social media, advertising and design, management, business, psychology)
• 1-3 years of marketing experience especially in marketing social media and creation of marketing collaterals.
• Experience working in small setups and hands-on with fast turnaround, or a small team serving an organization.
• Proficient with copywriting and design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
