Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, career fairs, etc) and explore new sourcing channels to build pipeline of talent
Ensure all hiring practices comply with fair employment guidelines and promote equal opportunities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activity & proper documentation of employee records
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties including general office admin
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Degree holder, preferably in Human Resource Management
3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Possess good organisational, communication & interpersonal skills
Good organisational skills
Detail-orientated, meticulous, and conscientious
Tech Savvy and proficient in basic computer applications, including Outlook, Microsoft Office, etc
Work Location: Henderson Road
*Hybrid work arrangement available: to work remotely 2-3 days per week and report to office 2-3 days per week.
