SUPERVISOR

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
  

• Train new staff in production procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
  

• Inspect work performed by staff to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
  

• Keep an eye on productions and maintain an inventory of supplies .
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the foods production industry.
  

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
