Supervisor

To assist in managing operations, maintaining food quality, high service and hygiene standard.
Able to handle cashier operations and pick up skills related to operating CRM applications
To building good relationships with customers, handle customer feedback and to provide service recovery when necessary
Assist in providing on-job training for the staff and to motivate the team
To be responsible for monthly stocktake and routine ordering
To implement and execute marketing initiatives to drive growth

*Requirements*
Candidate must have 3 – 4 years relevant experience
Pleasant personality and good communication skills
Positive work attitude and efficient, be adaptable and keen to learn
Able to work in a team
