Key Responsibilities:
Hands on Experience on Design & Development using IBM BAW Case Manager & ICN tools
Hands on Experience on Designing & Development of IBM BAW 23 Applications
Good in Java/J2EE Dojo framework Java script HTML
Should have experience on building custom widgets ,plugins and using EDS services
Hands on Experience on Workflow design integration and Deployment
Hands on experience on Configuring Workflow, Queues, Rosters, Document Class, and Document Class Security
Should be good in troubleshooting and handling Production issues in agile model
Should be working closely with offshore team Client & BA on day-to-day deliverables
Ability to support the testing team during the SIT, UAT, Pre-production and production environment
Required Skills & Experience:
Min 5 years of experience in FileNet Administration.
5.x, 5.2.2, 5.5 File Net P8 Process Engine (PE); File Net P8 Content Engine (CE); Content Navigator, IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting IBM FileNet ECM systems.
Having Knowledge on FileNet API’s.
Manage, maintain, and support hardware and software configurations
Experience in installation, configuring, upgrade, migration and supporting FileNet P8 in an enterprise environment
Diagnoses, isolates, and debugs software problems and performs problem resolution in a timely manner, including opening and monitoring trouble tickets with vendor when necessary.
Experience on development to work on workflow modifications and small changes
Monitors ECM system performance and takes corrective action to optimize usage of system resources, consulting with IT staff on application design, implementation, or maintenance issues
Capacity and availability of the FileNet WAS environment
