IT Manager

This role will oversee the company’s technology infrastructure, with primary responsibilities including spearheading ERP implementation and management, maintaining current system assets such as POS, WooCommerce platforms, and server infrastructure, and leading a dedicated technical team. While overseeing these core functions, the IT Manager will also strategically support data warehousing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Implementation and Management:

• Lead and manage the development, deployment, and continuous enhancement of the company's ERP system.
• Coordinate cross-departmental ERP integrations, ensuring seamless operation and data accuracy.
• Monitor ERP performance, scalability, and user satisfaction.

Maintenance of Current IT Assets:

• Manage and maintain existing POS systems, ensuring consistent uptime and reliability.
• Oversee the WooCommerce e-commerce infrastructure, ensuring smooth online transactions and backend management.
• Maintain and optimize server infrastructure for efficiency, reliability, and security.

Team and Resource Management:

• Lead and mentor the IT team, managing personnel responsibilities, development, and performance.
• Allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring all IT projects and tasks are completed timely and within budget.

Data Warehouse Support:

• Ensure the availability and accessibility of required datasets from multiple systems (CRM, ERP, inventory, e-commerce) in the data warehouse.
• Manage infrastructure provisioning, enabling effective storage, retrieval, and management of data.
• Evaluate and implement necessary tools and platforms for streamlined data warehousing workflows.

Cybersecurity and Compliance:

• Oversee and enhance cybersecurity measures, particularly relating to sensitive data handling and data privacy compliance.
• Ensure IT systems and practices meet regulatory requirements and internal security standards.

Collaboration and Strategic Alignment:

• Facilitate communication between IT, data warehousing, and business intelligence teams, ensuring alignment in technology and data strategies.
• Work collaboratively with departments company-wide to optimize data utilization and technology integration.

System Optimization and Performance:

• Ensure optimal performance and scalability of IT infrastructure, with particular attention to data-intensive applications.
• Proactively monitor system health, deploying improvements to support company growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in ERP implementation, POS systems, and e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce.
• Experience managing server infrastructure, including cloud services (AWS, EC2, RDS, MYSQL, Redshift).
• Familiarity with data warehouse principles and practices would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Strong in stakeholder management, strategic collaboration, and project management.
