BIM Manager, Architectural (Up to S$7500)

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with implementation of BIM management for projects
• Liaise and coordinate effectively with Clients, Consultants and project team
• Conduct BIM coordination meetings
• Review and assess the quality of BIM models
• Ensure projects are in accordance to BIM guidelines and comply with authority requirements
• Support and work closely with project team in creation and project delivery
• Develop and manage processes, implementation in creation and delivery of BIM execution plans
• Assist in maintaining BIM standards and workflow accordingly
• Provide guidance/training and mentorship to architects and team

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Specialist Diploma in BIM preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience in BIM project implementation
• Good proven track record with leadership abilities
• Proficient in Singapore BIM standard and experience in authority submissions
