Sales & Project Assistant (Up to $2800) West, Engineering

Responsibilities:

· Assist the sales team in the preparation of proposals, quotes, contracts, and sales reports.

· Maintain and update sales documentation, including invoices, contracts, and client information.

· Coordinate sales team meetings and manage calendars, schedules, and client appointments.

· Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person, providing information about products and services.

· Process sales orders and follow up on order status, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking.

· Liaise between customers and the internal departments (logistics, finance, engineering, etc.) to ensure the efficient execution of orders.

· Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for product availability.

· Support the preparation of marketing materials and product presentations.

· Track sales metrics, generate reports, and assist the sales team in meeting their sales targets.

· Manage the CRM system, ensuring all client data is up to date.

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, or related field.

· Proven experience in sales support or a similar role.

· Familiar with sales performance metrics and KPIs.

· Must be sensitive to numbers and comfortable with medium to slightly complex calculations and able to use formulas in Excel.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

· Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to generate professional minutes of meetings and presentations.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support a dynamic sales team.

· Problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
