Job Posting for [PERM] HR Manager (Business Partnering) – Group Ops & IT at GMP TECHNOLOGIES (S) PTE LTD
Responsibilities:
Implement manpower planning and resourcing strategies to hire quality candidates to meet the manpower needs and ensure efficient end-to-end process with on-boarding new hires and exits.
Manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process.
Partner with HODs to identify business challenges and propose possible solutions.
Provide on-going performance management guidance to HODs and line managers that contribute towards a professionally conducted annual Total Performance Management exercise.
Provide guidance to HODs and staff to deliver accurate and timely answers to staff queries.
Resolve employee relations issues through thorough and objective investigations, where necessary
Annual manpower and budgeting exercise.
Participate in projects when assigned.
Requirements:
Degree in HR or Business related
8 years of HRBP experience
Experience in healthcare sector will be an added advantage
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint tools for data analysis, building manpower charts
