Sales Admin (Spare Parts Sales / 1-yr Contract| East, MNC) #WORKNOW

Responsibilities

• Provide general admin support to the Sales & Admin team
• Assist with data entry duties
• Arrangement with third party logistics for deliveries
• Assist in warehouse receiving duties
• Receiving of all incoming parts (includes all mechanical, electrical, fabrication, finished product and expendables) and match with DO
• Verify and ensure accuracy against open PO with received DO
• Prepare and packing of materials or parts according to customer’s PO and arrange courier service’s pick up or own delivery.

Requirements

• Min NITEC Certificate / Diploma in any discipline.
• A great team player with high level of dedication.
• Have initiative and able to multi-task.
• Possess a team player who is able to work independently.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.
