Our client, a fast-growing local supplier located at Sunset Way, is looking for a Sales Administrative Support to join their expanding sales team.
Job Duties:
Provide administrative support for sales team, including Invoicing, Inventory management and reconciliation, Order Processing via portal, checking documents and filing, retrieving data from E-Sales platform etc
Prepare and responsible for sales reporting function (Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales reports)
Assist in Accounts Receivables
Requirements:
Diploma or GCE “O” level
Experience in using operational ERP system
Minimum intermediate level in Excel. Must be familiar with Excel formulae such as vlookup, sumifs, if functions, pivot table etc.
Software knowledge (knowledge in Power BI will be an added advantage)
