Investment Support Executive (Equity Research and Admin)

Our client is a well-known and prominent investment management firm based in Singapore and is looking for a suitable replacement who is eager to learn and with a tenacious attitude.

Scope of duties, not limited to the following, will be expanded over time when deemed necessary on situational demands and/or for staff development.

• Data collation for external and internal reports and meetings
• Prepare presentation slides for client review meeting
• Compilation of portfolio managers’ comments and ratings for Stock Selection Committee (SSC) meeting and IPO
• Assist portfolio managers with trade input. (to place orders to our trading team and necessity obtaining license)
• Travel arrangements for Equity Investment team
• Arrange and coordinate meetings with external parties, internal meetings among business units and with regional offices, and meetings for visiting overseas colleagues

Job requirements:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of market and business data to support the equity team’s strategic decision-making
• Collaborate effectively as a team player, providing support and contributing to the overall success of the team
• Maintain composure and efficiency while working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, utilizing these tools to create impactful reports and presentations
