(Regional) Head of Internal Audit

Job Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Director of Risk Management, be the key person in managing the Regional Internal Audit function focusing on the Asia Pacific region.

• Be responsible for planning and executing audits activities across various business units and countries regionally, including risk evaluation and assessment of the internal controls, and recommendation of suitable improvements.

• Perform audit follow-ups, present the reports and audit findings to the senior management.

• Provide consultation & support to senior management in general corporate risk management as secondary role.

Job Requirements:

• Degree with 8 to 10 years experience in external/internal audit, preferably with regional exposure in MNCs.

• Senior Manager are welcome to apply for this position

• Experience / knowledge in shipping / logistics industries will be strong advantage

• Attentive to details.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

• Positive attitude and ability to work under stress.

• A team player and willing to take ownership of an opportunity and hands on every aspect of the job.

• Highly analytical, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to think commercially for the business while maintaining independence.

• Confident and mature team leader who is comfortable dealing with senior management across the region

• Willing to travel across the Asia Pacific region extensively 30% of time.
