Join our dynamic team as an Insurance Broker Specialist! In this role, you will take charge of developing key broker partnerships, ensuring profitability and growth for your assigned portfolio, and driving business success through exceptional service and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize regular visits with brokers and clients to establish trust, foster strong relationships, and ensure ongoing business success
• Responsible for reviewing and improving the profitability of your brokers’ portfolios, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies for success
• Review and assess business offers, preparing quotations via email and fax, ensuring accuracy and alignment with underwriting guidelines. Conduct risk surveys when necessary to provide informed solutions.
• Liaise with brokers/clients on enquiries, renewals, endorsements etc
  To analyze the premium income for each month with reasons for increase/decrease of premiums for department reporting
• Conduct in-depth risk surveys as needed
• Ensure all quotes and decisions comply with company underwriting guidelines, maintaining the integrity and consistency of our offerings
• To assist accounts department in premium collection including fronting policies
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a relevant role
• Possession of CGI/HI or an equivalent recognized insurance qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Possess good interpersonal skills and is a team player
