Senior Executive/ Executive - (Fire & General Accident Claim, Up to $5.5k)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Claims Executive to join our Fire and General Accident Claims team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing claims efficiently, fairly, and in accordance with established service standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsiblities:

• Communicate and coordinate with policyholders, intermediaries, investigators, surveyors, loss adjusters, legal representatives, third-party claimants, affiliated companies, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Handle insurance claims efficiently and fairly, ensuring adherence to agreed service standards and applicable protocols.
• Provide training and guidance to assistants to support their development and effectiveness in their roles.
• Manage claims processing in a prompt, professional, and equitable manner.
• Ensure timely and accurate setting and updating of claim reserves.
• Support underwriters by highlighting policy coverage issues and recommending risk improvements identified during claims handling.
• Attend client meetings and visit client premises as necessary.
• Conduct periodic reviews of claim files to ensure quality and compliance.
• Actively pursue and follow up on recovery claims on a regular basis.
• Perform any additional tasks or duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in handling Fire and General Accident claims
• Possess professional insurance qualifications such as ACII, AAII, CGI, HI, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of insurance principles and practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively; a team player who is conscientious, tactful, customer-oriented, and eager to learn new skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
