Operations Supervisor (Factory)

Job Scope

• To be overall responsible for the operation aspects including general maintenance, work area cleanliness and safety.

• Manage team schedules to the needs of the business

• Serve as role model for company values and standards

• Build and maintain good working relationship with internal department

• Job assignment and schedule management

• Training and briefing staffs on workplace safety and certain job scopes

• Handling site hygiene and cleaning processes

• Handle all customers' enquiries and complains

• Provide daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for management to review
  

Job Requirement

• Need to have above 3 years of experience working in a managerial position

• Resilient & ability to perform under pressure excellent communications & interpersonal skill

• Willingness to learn and adapt

• Have integrity and reliable to handle issues

• Able to work on weekend

• Able to hands on when there is a short of manpower
