Roles & Responsibilities
Involve in Housing & Development Board (HDB) upgrading projects or any other assigned construction projects.
Plan and launch public relation programs such as preparing circulars, letters and notices.
Conduct survey on condition of flats
Plan and coordinate works to be carried out within the flats timely
Handle queries and feedback pertaining to the projects as well as follow-up on actions to resolve it.
Work closely and ensure smooth operation procedure during upgrading work between relevant parties such as residents, contractors, consultants and authorities.
Attend and provide administrative assistance and logistic support in Construction Working Committee meeting.
Maintain good rapport and positive relation with the residents.
Work together with the team to complete assigned tasks
On-the-job training will be provided
Requirements:
Customer service orientated, possesses the skill, knowledge and ability to manage issues and general project queries with the residents effectively.
Team player, diligent and willing to work extra hours when needed.
Minimum qualification of GCE "O" Level Certificate, with customer service experience preferred.
Capable of communicating effectively in English and one other official language preferably.
