IT Storage Engineer (SAN/NAS/CAS) (109)

Requirement

• Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or any related study
• At least 2 years of experience in enterprise storage support.
• Experience with at least 1 to 2 of the following storage platforms:
  o Huawei, Dell, Hitachi (HDS), or NetApp.
• Basic knowledge of SAN/NAS technologies

Responsibilities

• Storage Administration & Support
• Perform on-boarding, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of SAN/NAS systems.
• Assist in firmware and software upgrades to maintain system supportability.
• SAN Fabric & Connectivity, Assist in the configuration and management of Brocade SAN switches.
• Incident & Problem Management
• Attend to incident/issue calls and provide prompt update to the management.
• Compliance & Process Adherence
• Maintain accurate storage asset inventory and documentation.
