Business Sales and Operations Manager (F&B)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Sales and Operations Manager to lead the retail operations for our stores at Yubafang Singapore.

The Business Sales and Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and sales of all stores and supply chain, ensuring that all locations are meeting company standards for sales excellence, quality, service, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies that drive efficiency, improve customer experience, and increase sales
• Lead promotional campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal product introductions to drive sales
• Lead all retail operations (daily store operations) and constantly look holistically for ways to improve what we do
• Be commercially driven and use data and analytics to measure and optimize store performance
• Build a team and culture of high performance, and act as motivation driver for store teams
• Manage relationship with landlords to ensure smooth operations
• Drive compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations across all stores
• Support staff to deliver exceptional results
• Manage partnership with external marketing agencies to drive brand awareness
• Manage supply chain team to ensure quality of distribution at stores and good quality control in terms of supply consistency and cost of goods
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained
• Create and manage budgets and financial reports for all stores

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Proven track record of driving sales and operational excellence and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with numbers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong commercial mindset and business acumen
• Experience with P&L ownership is a plus, but not required
