Position Overview:

We are looking for an Account Manager based in Singapore who will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing profitability through expanding market reach, developing new client relationships, and delivering comprehensive compressed air solutions to customers in the region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients, generating leads through cold calls, emails, and other outreach efforts.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by cultivating strong relationships with clients, including in-person visits, to secure orders and build long-term partnerships.
  • Handle the negotiation of tenders, contract terms, and agreements, ensuring smooth preparation and execution of sales contracts.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, analyze costs and revenues, create quotations, and manage both existing and new client accounts.
  • Provide technical support during the pre-sales process, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and product training, as well as post-sales assistance.
  • Participate in industry events such as trade shows, conferences, and marketing activities to network and promote company offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain, sales support, project engineers, and the order fulfillment team to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven sales experience with industrial products, particularly air compressors, dryers, or similar equipment.
  • A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle.
