Responsibilities

  • Verify passengers' travel documents (passport, visa, flight ticket) for validity and compliance with airline requirements.
  • Weigh, tag, and check in passengers' luggage according to baggage allowance policies.
  • Process and issue boarding passes accurately for departing passengers.
  • Assist passengers at self-check-in kiosks and guide them through auto bag drop procedures.
  • Provide customer service by answering queries, handling special requests, and ensuring a smooth check-in experience.
