Job Descriptions
Assist in researching and identifying potential suppliers and partners for travel products and services, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and experiences.
Collect and analyze supplier proposals, pricing information, and product specifications to evaluate suitability and quality.
Coordinate communication with suppliers and partners, including inquiries, negotiations, and contract management.
Support the product development team in conceptualizing, planning, and executing new travel products and experiences.
Assist in coordinating product testing, prototyping, and quality assurance processes to ensure product viability and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and sales, to gather feedback and insights for product refinement.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sourcing activities, supplier agreements, and product development projects.
Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the product development team.
Provide general administrative support, such as preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality studies or relevant Field
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the travel industry, is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks
Enthusiasm for travel and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
