Being part of J&J Surgical Vision Customer Operations, we are seeking a Customer Operations Executive with experience in operations, data analysis and reporting. In this role, you will build and maintain reporting tools (such as dashboards) to track data, using this data to define KPIs, generate reports, and build predictive models. Applicants should have scripting skills in programming languages, as you will be responsible for writing queries and other data transformation scripts. This role is essential to the health of our department, as the data and analysis you provide will inform our business strategy as we move into the future and adheres to highest standard of quality, compliance & ethics for policy, procedures, and department’s objectives.
Adheres to environmental policy and procedures and supports department environmental objectives.
This role’s duties and responsibilities as below:
Develops and provides weekly, monthly & quarterly Customer Operation (CO) metrics and reports (Some examples but not limited to: business scorecard, Revenue performance against targets; Backorder; Demand and supply, Cycle count, SLOB, Open work orders; (20%)
Propose, develop and implement innovative software and applications to enable better data analytics. (20%)
Proactively identify, streamline Operational problems to ensure smooth operations and compliant. (20%)
Act as Control lead to select order samples, coordination, and validations for Customer Operation (10%)
Create, maintain and coordinate approval process for department’s procedures, work instruction, SOPs, training and other related activities as per company’s policy and up-to-date. (10%)
Share team’s responsibilities to support order fulfillment in assigned markets. (10%)
Performs other related duties as assigned by management. (10%)
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
University/Bachelors’ Degree or Diploma Equivalent.
> 3 years of related working experiences in customer service environment.
Experience in ERP System (SFDC and SAP) preferred
Experience in data analysis, warehousing, and reporting
Experience using BI tools (PowerBI) for data visualization and reporting.
Multi-task, work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and update in timely fashion with minimum supervision.
Great teamwork mindset and comfortable working with data for presentation and business reporting.
