Job Posting for Marketing Manager at KINDERWORLD INTERNATIONAL GROUP LTD.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for all online and offline content marketing plans and activities. Includes developing, planning and execution of marketing campaigns and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Preparation of marketing plan, promotional strategies for leads generation and implementation of plan and timelines aligned with business objectives.
Effectively manage marketing campaigns of the various school programmes.
Generate online/offline content ideas for EDMs, social media, student blogs etc.
Develop and manage the agreed marketing budget for the school to business objectives.
Conduct market research, to understand the industry and the key target market segments.
Work closely with operations, sales and design teams to ensure consistent execution in line with the corporate branding.
Monitor competitive landscape to position school favorably.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with a minimum of 6-7 years of relevant work experience including marketing academic programmes (will be preferred)
Strong written and spoken English communication skills. Written and spoken Mandarin skills will be a strong advantage.
Experience in SEO, SEM, Lead Gen ads, FB/IG ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn and TikTok.
Experience in the field of education is preferred but not a must.
Experience interacting with clients in North Asia (China especially) and South-East Asia an advantage.
Tech savvy with good knowledge of a variety of video editing tools and apps.
Ability to analyse sales and marketing statistics to improve on business needs.
