Marketing Manager (Cambridge Programmes)

Role Overview:

As the Marketing Manager for our Cambridge programs, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative marketing strategies to attract prospective students and parents to our school. You will work closely with internal teams to promote the value of our Cambridge programs, manage our brand presence, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Cambridge programs offered.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Create compelling content to highlight the benefits and unique features of the Cambridge programs.
  • Organize and oversee promotional events, including open houses, webinars, and information sessions.
  • Coordinate with admissions teams to ensure smooth communication and lead generation.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance to assess campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce marketing materials (brochures, videos, ads, etc.).
  • Manage the school’s online presence and ensure all content reflects the school’s values and the Cambridge curriculum.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, students, alumni, and education agents.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep marketing strategies fresh and competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Cambridge programs and the education landscape.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, results-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
