A technically proficient individual in his/her core trade [Mechanical/Electrical/Building/Civil] with relevant working experiences in Facilities Management.
He/she shall work on cross-functional disciplines at his assigned site, supporting the FOM.
His/her core tasks include the management of works carried out by the specialist and period contractors under MWS requirements.
Provide appropriate technical solutions to rectify building /equipment defects in his/her area.
Provide technical requirements for addition/ alteration works and processing job requests.
Provide and review cost estimates.
Supervise and certify works under the Ad-Hoc Works and Services are carried out according to contractual requirements.
