Part Time Event Crew

Job Highlights:

We are looking for highly organized candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of Event Crew. The crew is responsible for working under the instructions of the Event IC, assuming the role of ticket taker, welcoming guests, inspecting equipment for damage after use, and checking equipment against an inventory list, among other duties. Moreover, event staff needs to constantly be on their feet and attend to the many needs of event-goers, requiring physical stamina and high energy levels.

Event Venue: Marina Square, Geneo Atrium (Science Park), and Suntec City

Event Period:28 April 2025 to 29 June 2025

Employment Type: PART TIME (weekday & weekend)

Pay rate: From $10.50/hr

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Guest Services

• Act as a point of contact for guests, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and aiding as and when needed.
• Ensure a smooth admission and exit flow process for our guests.
• Monitor guest flow and manage crowd control to prevent congestion and ensure a positive guest experience.

2. Event Operations

• Assist in maintaining event site cleanliness and tidiness.
• Support daily operations and upkeep of the event equipment.
• Execution of other tasks assigned by Event IC

3. Emergency Preparedness

• Be familiar with emergency protocols and procedures in case of unforeseen incidents.
• Remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of attendees.

Job Requirements:

1. Must be at least 16 years old.

2. Able to work on weekdays and have the flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public/school holidays

3. Excellent interpersonal and organization skills

4. Able to perform shift, and commit during peak period (i.e. School Holiday, Weekends, Public Holiday) with long hours of standing/walking.

Qualifications Requirements:

1. At least GCE ‘O’/GCE ‘N’ Level Certificate

2. First Aid trained would be a bonus
