Job Summary:
The F&B Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage outlet, ensuring high standards of customer service, staff performance, product quality, and overall profitability. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all operations of the F&B branch, ensuring smooth daily functioning.
Lead, train, and manage front- and back-of-house staff.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
Create staff schedules, manage labor costs, and ensure adequate coverage.
Analyze financial reports, monitor KPIs, and drive strategies to meet sales targets.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotions and campaigns.
Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance of the branch.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
3 years of proven experience in F&B management or hospitality leadership.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and restaurant management tools.
