Industrial Engineer (Solar/Manufacturing)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the production process planning and production process optimization.
• Planning capacity and establishment according to market demand.
• Daily production scheduling plan and actual production data tracking, analyzing capacity bottlenecks of existing production lines and making capacity improvement plans.
• Track and check the implementation status of the improved operation mode, process flow and operation standardization, and formulate corresponding reward and punishment measures.
• Identify and improve the risk of new product transfer in advance, prepare production process and improve factory production efficiency.
• Production efficiency management system (MES system monitoring and analysis).

Job Requirements:

• Graduated with Diploma or Bachelor degree in engineering discipline.
• Proficient in office operation and AutoCAD is a plus.
• Have a certain ability of logical thinking, have a good ability to make work plans.
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or planning, have unique insights and distinct views on layout planning, capacity improvement and cost improvement;
