Regional Sales Director

The Sales Director will take full ownership of a business unit that offers integrated system solutions and high-spec technology products. Your mission will be to drive both short and long term growth strategies, scale operations, and lead a high calibre team.


You will be responsible for delivering commercial excellence across sales, strategic planning, bid management, partnerships, and P&L. The position also involves close collaboration with global business units to align strategies and unlock synergies. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in solution sales, strategic business leadership, and cross-border stakeholder engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow key revenue streams across smart system solutions and technology product sales.
  • Develop, execute, and track strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
  • Oversee the entire commercial cycle, from pipeline development and client acquisition to negotiations and closure of complex deals.
  • Manage a high performing team by providing strategic direction, performance feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Maintain oversight of budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization to ensure commercial sustainability.
  • Lead tender preparation, bid submissions, and proposal activities for major projects.
  • Identify and cultivate strong relationships with industry stakeholders and decision-makers across diverse sectors , proactively identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate closely with overseas teams to support international strategy and maximize business collaboration across regions.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes for better efficiency, innovation, and ROI.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business, Economics, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in regional or global B2B sales.
  • Strong track record in solution selling and leading strategic sales initiatives.
  • Experience in handling complex sales cycles, especially in regulated or high stakes environments.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital and smart technologies (AI, IoT, cloud, data analytics).
  • Prior experience in MNC environments is advantageous.

Salary: Up to $17,000/month
