Regional Sales Director (Memory & Storage Solutions) - WC2

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager/Director to lead sales growth and drive strategic initiatives in the semiconductor memory module and distribution industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and achieve regional sales targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and logistics partners.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies based on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team by setting clear objectives and conducting regular performance evaluations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to strengthen the company’s market presence.
• Manage the regional sales budget, allocate resources effectively, and monitor expenses to ensure profitability.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance sales strategies, pricing, and customer support initiatives.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of sales experience in IT, semiconductor distribution, or related B2B industries.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor products, memory modules (DDR4/DDR5), and distribution channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Willing to travel internationally as required.
