Regional Sales Director (DDR4/DDR5, HDD, MicroSD) - WC2

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Director to drive growth and manage strategic sales initiatives in the semiconductor memory module and distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies, establish key partnerships, and drive business growth to achieve regional sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and logistics partners.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies based on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Lead and develop a high-performance sales team by setting clear objectives and conducting regular performance reviews.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
• Manage the regional sales budget, optimize resource allocation, and monitor expenses to ensure profitability.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and key performance metrics to senior management.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to drive product management, sales strategies, pricing, and customer support initiatives.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of sales experience in IT, semiconductor distribution, or related B2B industries.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor products, memory modules, and distribution channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Willing to travel overseas as needed.
