Responsibilities
Design, implement, and test components based on functional specifications.
Participate in analyzing, resolving, and providing technical support for issues escalated to the team.
Contribute to and guide other developers in maintaining high delivery quality standards.
Collaborate with the Technical Lead to propose solutions and create system designs.
Conduct peer code reviews.
Develop a new digital platform to interconnect investors, lenders, and clients in syndicated markets.
Build a system to manage large lender pools, different loan formats, institutional investors, and multi-product structures.
Enhance agility through more focused and structured transactions.
Implement solutions aligned with regulatory requirements (Basel IV, IFRS 9).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
3–5 years of experience working within the Java ecosystem.
Very good understanding of application system design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Front-end development experience with Vue.js or AngularJS.
Experience developing web services using REST and gRPC.
Working experience with Agile methodology in at least one project.
Good knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber.
Good knowledge and understanding of Maven, Git, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.
Good experience working with Containers (Docker), Kubernetes, Messaging Systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, WebSphere MQ), Enterprise Integration Platforms, Relational Databases, and NoSQL Databases.
General knowledge of corporate and investment banking, especially in the financing domain.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Willingness to learn new topics and propose innovative solutions.
Proactive, with a team-player mindset.
Hands-on and versatile, with the ability to effectively interact with technical teams.
Proficiency in application project management.
