What The Role Is

You are responsible for the development of procurement strategies and policies to ensure that MINDEF/SAF procurement has transparency, competition and good value for money.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Develop procurement strategies and create policy frameworks
  • Evaluate system performance
  • Identify process gaps
  • Propose efficiency solutions
  • Scan the horizon for best procurement practices and initiatives
  • Implement improvements


Challenge(s)

  • Coordinating diverse stakeholders
  • Managing change implementation


What We Are Looking For

  • At least 8 years work experience, preferably in procurement
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Strategic planning skills
  • Stakeholder management experience
