What The Role Is

You study Singaporeans' sense of national identity, rootedness to the country, and commitment to defence, to make data-driven recommendations for National Education and Total Defence policies.

What You Will Be Working On

• Analyse data from various sources to understand perceptions, attitudes, beliefs, and values of different population segments on National Education and Total Defence-related issues
• Study public responses to local and global developments
• Work with government agencies to design and conduct research studies
• Develop frameworks and models to shape and improve Whole-of-Government policies and engagement efforts
  
  
  

Challenge(s)

• Making sense of a large amount of seemingly disparate information from diverse sources to generate useful insights for policy-making
  
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Education in communication studies or social sciences
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in psychology, data analytics, or communications role is preferred
• Familiarity with data analysis methods and software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
