Car Wash Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Car Wash Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on role involving both vehicle washing and supervisory duties. The ideal candidate will be able to take clear before-and-after photos, inspect vehicles, and report any additional work needed. You must also hold a valid Class 3/3A driving license to move vehicles when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily car wash operations
• Perform car washing, interior vacuuming, and basic wipe-downs
• Take clear before-and-after photos of vehicles
• Inspect vehicles and report issues or additional work required
• Move and position customer vehicles as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area
• Ensure all work is done to high-quality standards and on time
• Communicate effectively with team and management

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 or 3A Singapore driving license (mandatory)
• Prior experience in car wash or vehicle detailing preferred
• Comfortable using a smartphone to take photos and submit reports
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors
• Strong attention to detail and responsible attitude
• Ability to work independently and lead by example
