Recruitment Intern

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates via online job boards, social media, and events.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
• Develop recruitment strategies, projects and initiatives.
• Provide seamless onboarding for new recruits.
• Organize recruitment events and seminars
• Conduct selection interviews and promote career opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Initiative to improve work methods and processes.
• Sociable, driven, and detail-oriented.
