Junior Project Engineer | $4.5k + AWS + VB

• Basic from $3,500 to $4,500
• AWS Variable Bonus
• Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Location: Ang Mo Kio

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's projects and assigned responsibilities.
• Ensure work is executed in compliance with drawings, specifications, and management directives.
• Plan, coordinate, and resolve on-site issues to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and submit reports, progress claims, and certifications, manage payment collection, and follow required instructions.
• Finalize or hand over all pending projects to management as directed or upon employment termination.
• Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Advocate for workplace health and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with sub-contractors’ health and safety supervisors on related concerns.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Familiarity with commercial building projects, including ACMV, fire protection systems, ELV systems, plumbing and sanitary systems, cleanrooms, interior design construction, data centers, and more.
• At least 1 year of experience in project management.
• Fluent in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
