We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager, Learning & Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for curating and procuring training programmes, managing formal education sponsorships, and supporting employee engagement efforts. This role is crucial in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organisation.
[What you will be working on]
Curate and Procure Training Programmes: Identify, evaluate, and curate training programmes that align with the Polytechnic's goals and employee development needs. Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality training delivery.
Manage Formal Education Sponsorships: Oversee the sponsorship programmes for the Polytechnic, including budget management and tracking employee progress. Ensure compliance with the Polytechnic’s policies and procedures.
Support Employee Engagement Initiatives: Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including employee engagement surveys and polls.
Oversee Learning & Development Administration: Ensure the smooth execution of administrative tasks related to training initiatives, programmes, and events, including managing travel policies for overseas training trips.
[What we are looking for]
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, HR, or a related area.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
