Senior Executive (HR Operations)

You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR operations in collaboration with different stakeholders. You will also be supporting the compensation team in managing the compensation framework.

HR Operations Support

Specifically, the roles would include but not limited to:

  • Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle process, including recruitment, onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations including data entry, filing and maintaining HR records.
  • Prepare and process HR related documents such as contracts and letters.
  • Support recruitment-related activities such as coordinating interviews, managing contract renewals and re-employment renewals.
  • Ensure all HR processes and policies are followed in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure they are updated in the HR system.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR operational issues and concerns.
  • Provide support and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and services.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
  • Respond to employee queries related to payroll and benefits and resolve any issues promptly.

Compensation Management

  • Support the development and implementation of the compensation framework and strategies that align with the organisation’s goals.
  • Assist in preparing data in the salary review process, including gathering and analysing data for timely compensation reviews.
  • Preparing compensation recommendations for salary increases, promotions, and special adjustments.
  • Ensure that all compensation adjustments are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations would be preferred.
  • Experience in Compensation Management is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
