[What the role is]
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate for Rewards & Performance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be leading the compensation & benefits as well as performance management functions.
[What you will be working on]
Lead compensation and performance review exercises, including annual increments, bonuses, promotions, salary reviews, benchmarking, and staff appraisals.
Oversee benefits administration and review, aligning with public sector guidelines, organisation’s Employee Value Proposition.
Propose budget and provide audit support for salary and benefits related matters.
Participate in organisation and sector-wide projects and discussions.
Support any other assigned duties, as required for the role.
[What we are looking for]
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in rewards and performance.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
