Job Posting for Research Fellow (Perovskites) at Nanyang Technological University
At ERI@N, the Renewables & Low-Carbon Generation – Solar team focuses on cost-effective halide perovskite materials for solar energy conversion and light emitting application. The focus allows us to employ low energy intensive manufacturing processes, in which cost-effective and abundant starting materials are deposited via solution-processing techniques or vacuum evaporation techniques.
We are looking for a focused and highly motivated individual to contribute to a dynamic and growing team. This team focuses on the fabrication of large-area perovskite devices with various functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
Development of fabrication processes, material characterization and reliability testing capabilities for the perovskite devices
Testing of new halide perovskite compositions
Conceptualize and realize new device configurations with enhanced stability and reproducibility
Design and test perovskite devices in various sizes
Report writing and results presentation
Regular maintaining of research and study records for possible publication in peer-review journals and conference proceedings.
Work closely with internal colleagues, including postgrad students, as well as external collaborators in short-term and long-term research projects
Job Requirements:
PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry or related fields with in-depth knowledge of materials, device physics and processing
Previous experience in the field of halide perovskites and large-area fabrication process (slot-die coating) is highly desired.
