Subsea Quality Inspector (Welding) - Bukom

Your role

Our major Oil & Energy Client is looking for a Subsea Quality Inspector (Welding) who will be working on an upcoming subsea pipeline project in Singapore. You will assist QA/QC Supervisor as described (but not limited to) below:

• Daily implementation and execution of quality assurance and control surveillance and inspection in ensuring all fabrication, production, construction and installations are complies with project contract, specifications, and codes and standards requirements.
• Identify potential non-conformances and opportunities for improvement and issuance of Corrective Action Request (CAR) and follow-up for closeout
• Witness and verify WPS and WQT
• General surveillance and inspection of welding related activities before, during and after the fabrication, production, construction, and installation of works
• Ensure that successful implemented in accordance with approved procedure requirements for material storage, consumables control, joint preparation, traceability, fit-up, welding parameters surveillances, weld inspection and repairs etc. in according to ITP and Specification
• Ensure Quality deliverables (Inspection & Testing Plan, procedures, training, certification etc.) fit together with site work execution dates for all construction activities
• Responsible for carrying out surveillances to ensure successfully implementation of QA activities, surveillances and its deliveries.

You are what we are looking for if you:

• Have minimum 10-years’ experience in quality assurance surveillance, welding inspection related aspects in oil and gas and subsea projects
• Possess Welding Inspector ISO9712 / CSWIP 3.1 (Level 2), CWI or equivalent
• Possess NDT (UT, RT, MT/PT and PAUT) related experience will be added advantage
• Are experienced in carry out quality assurance audit / surveillance inspections
• Are able to ensure verifying implementation compliances of method statement, procedures, inspection and testing plans (ITP) requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $8,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
