5 Days / Week (44 Hours)


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute dishes according to restaurant standards, focusing on Peranakan cuisine.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high-quality food preparation.
  • Manage a specific kitchen section (grill, wok, or cold station) efficiently.
  • Ensure consistency in food presentation and portion control.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, following food safety regulations.
  • Assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP) or Demi Chef in a Peranakan or Asian cuisine restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional Peranakan cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Passion for authentic flavors and an openness to learning new skills.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
