Job summary: Flexible hours available2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this roleExpected salary: $3,000 - $4,500 per month Roles & Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: We are the exclusive distributor of Jin Mai Lang, one of China's most popular instant noodle brands. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding market reach for our food products. This role requires a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the food industry. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s providing product recommendations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and other key stakeholders. • Sales Contract drafting, Marketing PO and Invoice Management: Oversee marketing-related purchase orders and invoices, ensuring timely processing and payments. Sales Planning & Reporting • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management on progress and market trends. • Keep track of competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market movements. Customer Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring timely delivery of products. • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities. Coordination & Logistics • Work closely with the supply chain and operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory management. • Coordinate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns, events, and product launches. • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards. Others · Take initiative, able to multi-task and perform under pressure, organized in documentation, identify issues and be pro-active in suggesting solutions or bouncing-off ideas · Participate in sales exhibitions or other related sales events when required. · ⁠Other assigned duties. Requirements: • At least 3 years of relevant experience • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food product or FMCG industry. • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and drive results. • Knowledge of local market dynamics and consumer trends in the food sector. • Willingness to travel as needed.
