Education Center Manager

Salary Range: SGD 2,500 – 4,500/month (depending on experience)
Location: Paya Lebar | 5.5-day work week (both weekends compulsory)

Your Responsibilities

💼 Operations & Admin

• Handle parent enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and in-person.
• Manage scheduling, make-up lessons, classroom usage, and tutor coordination.
• Track and update student records, attendance, and payments.

💬 Parent Communication & Relationship Building

• Be the face of the centre — build strong relationships with parents and students.
• Address parent concerns and provide prompt, solution-oriented support.

📈 Sales & Lead Generation

• Proactively follow up with leads from Facebook, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Drive enrolments and meet monthly centre sales targets.
• Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns and initiatives.
• Liaise with HQ marketing team to coordinate ad leads and conversion efforts.

Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Mandarin — must be able to liaise with Chinese national parents confidently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable in a customer-facing role.
• Sales-oriented mindset; driven to meet targets and grow enrolments.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of centre performance.
• Basic digital literacy (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, email).
• Prior experience in sales, retail, tuition, or customer service preferred.
• Fresh grads welcome if you’re a quick learner with a great attitude.
