The Role
As Group Marketing Manager, youâll spearhead strategic marketing initiatives across both business arms. Youâll drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagementâwhile empowering a growing team of passionate marketers.
This role is for someone who can think big, lead with confidence, and roll up their sleeves when needed. Youâll be a key player in our leadership team, helping to shape how the world sees and experiences the OOm brand.
What Youâll Do
Strategy & Planning
- Develop integrated marketing plans that align with business goals for both OOm and OOm Institute.
- Own and manage marketing calendars, budgets, and campaign roadmaps.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Training leads to drive cross-functional success.
Campaigns & Brand
- Lead the execution of full-funnel marketing campaignsâonline and offline.
- Manage SEO/SEM, performance ads, email, social media, content, and event marketing.
- Ensure consistent, compelling brand storytelling across all touchpoints.
Team & Stakeholders
- Lead a team of marketers across both business unitsâcoaching, mentoring, and growing their potential.
- Collaborate with external vendors, designers, and media partners as needed.
- Be the bridge between marketing and businessâensuring alignment, visibility, and impact.
Data & Insights
- Define KPIs, track results, and continuously optimise for better ROI.
- Turn data into actionable insights that guide future campaigns.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and competitor moves.
What You Bring
- 6 years in marketing, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- Solid experience across performance marketing, SEO, CRM, automation, and content.
- Comfortable with both B2B and B2C (bonus if youâve worked in agency or training sectors).
- Confident project manager and communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Sharp analytical mind with a creative streak and a love for innovation.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Canva/Adobe.
